Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

    Java Developer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise and add valuable input throughout the development lifecycle
  • Help design and implement scalable, lasting technology solutions

  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders

  • Java Developer Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required; master’s degree is a plus
  • Java certification prefered
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT field, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Solid working knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies
  • Significant experience working with SQL and HTML
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a plus
  • Experience with database usage and management

    Office Manager Job Summary:

    Responsibilities include maintaining schedule. Communicating with architects, inspectors, Owners and management. Having a comprehensive understanding of commercial construction documents including plans, specifications and schedules. To run the day-to-day operations on the construction site and control the short-term schedule. Responsibilities also include maintaining job-site safety, quality control, subcontractor coordination and documentation of daily progress. Assisting the Senior Manager with labor and material cost control.
